Our Story
Wamala Aquatics is an aquaculture business based in Mityana District, Uganda, established with a vision to build a modern and sustainable fish farming operation.
Our focus is on producing quality Nile Tilapia and African Catfish for the food market while developing a Tilapia hatchery to supply fingerlings for our own production and other fish farmers.
We believe aquaculture can provide quality food, create opportunities and support the continued growth of Uganda’s fish farming industry.
Our long-term approach brings together hatchery operations, fish production and access to market.
